Job Description:

This role is the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales/marketing/account management and to achieve results. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

•Collaborate with product management, account management, sales, and marketing communications to develop product positioning, messaging, and proof points that resonate with our target buyer personas. These documents may be used as source materials to generate public-facing marketing collateral, or as public-facing marketing messaging in-and-of itself
•Determine appropriate communication vehicles to reach our target market, and work with others on the marketing team and/or external partners (e.g., public relations agency) to develop those pieces
•Develop thought leadership pieces for our products, including white papers and PowerPoint presentations
•Understand our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make 
•In conjunction with others on the team, develop a marketing plan for our products, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
•Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
•Other projects/duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

•5-7 years of B2B healthcare marketing experience; expertise in Medicare Advantage highly preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional writer
•Power user of PowerPoint and networking tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter
•Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
•Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
•Able to work with minimal supervision 
•Flourishes in a collaborative environment
•Able to put forward recommendations/solutions and drive to decisions
•Travel up to 10%.
