Job Description:
•Handle inbound calls from and outbound calls to our clients placing their meal order
•Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
•Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
•Document all conversations with client into client information database
•Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
•Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
•Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
•Other projects/duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
•High school degree or GED
•Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
•Average computer skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook)
•Above average data entry skills
•Pleasant and patient telephone voice
•Clear oral communication skills
•Above average patience based on our clientele
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
