Job Description:

We are looking for an individual experienced in the drafting, review and organizational processing of contracts in a corporate environment. The individual would lead the contracting process as contracts move through the company, working closely with compliance and finance to effectively execute new agreements and renew existing agreements. This position will also be responsible for RFP writing and submittals, working closely with sales leadership to provide comprehensive bid proposals and win business.

•Works closely with corporate leadership to develop, negotiate and execute contracts in a timely manner in accordance with policies and standards surrounding contract management and the contract renewal process
•Coordinate the completion of contracting from various agencies and health plans
•Work internally and with outside agencies and health plans to complete and maintain appropriate contracting
•Own the RFP draft response process, completing, submitting and tracking all responses as they are due

•Associates degree required; Bachelor degree in healthcare, business, completion of a paralegal program or other related field preferred
•Minimum 5 years’ previous contracting, paralegal experience in a regulated environment, preferably health care or managed care
•Experience negotiating, drafting, and implementing contracts for managed care plans, health systems, or government agencies preferred
•Above average computer, organizational and follow-up skills: •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint; CRM Sales database
•Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing and process detailed information
•Must have good visual perception to read computer screen and differentiate between multiple product items
