Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cycle Count Coordinator to help develop and implement our Cycle Count program. This position is a hands-on position and it’s estimated that approximately 75% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions.
•Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting
•Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
•Define and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy
•Prepare and present specific root causes and corrective action recommendations when inventory inaccuracies are identified
•Update ERP system with Cycle Count results and updated inventory quantities
•Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified
Job Requirements:
•Associate’s degree preferred. Work experience considered in absence of degree
•Minimum of three years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience required
•Experience in a production environment is preferred
•Experience in a food production environment is preferred
•Must be able to effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
•Must be proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports
•At least 50% of day will be spent in chilled and frozen temperatures
•Some travel required, primarily to various Plants and Warehouses
