Job Description:
•Member of small team that prepares Kettle recipes (soups, sauces, oatmeal, etc,.)
•Operate kettles. Load, monitor, and harvest kettles
•Clean and sanitize kettle and kettle tools between runs
Job Requirements:
•Repetitive work and must be able to routinely balance and lift 50 lbs, work on a short step ladder, reach and bend into the kettles, stoop/kneel/or crouch
•Careful attention to detail
•Work at a fast pace accurately and follow HACCP standards – safe food handling
•Cross-train and help in other areas as needed
